Lacks local storage option

I like having a OSX application companion that allows me to read & search over notes I took using my iPad.
For IP sensitive notes however using iCloud for sync is not an option. I can transfer goodnotes files securely using corporate mail + VPN or even iTunes sync over wi-fi/USB.
I can open such files on my Mac, but I cannot archive them on a local library.

Please add the capability to manage local libraries!
